How can I create a world where everyone is on equal footing, regardless of their place of birth, their bloodline, or whether they have a Crest?

PERSONALITY
Claude has a blend of traits as a person. He is pragmatic, strategic, and even idealistic. His primary desire is to break down cultural walls and build a more accepting world. That being said, he tends to care about others while also keeping himself at a distance. Claude, or Khalid, is a man that many people can't quite figure out. It's hard to know where the performance ends and where he truly begins.

BACKGROUND
Khalid is the youngest son born to the King of Almyra. His mother is from Fodlan. This put him in a tight spot, since the two countries are not on the best of terms. Khalid has head to deal with a lot of racism and discrimination; even assassination attempts from his many siblings. Eventually, he goes to the land of his mother's birth and lives with his grandfather. There he adopts the name "Claude von Riegan" so that he can start to work towards his goals and motivations.

VISUAL
Claude tends to wear clothing that give him room to move. His attire will always contain sashes, as that is a part of his culture. Colors he tends to use are golds, reds, greens, and other earthy hues. His eyes are green in color and tend to have a sharp look to them by default. Khalid keeps his hair stylishly slicked back, though he's decided to redo his braid with a bead at the end.

SCENTS
His favorite tea is based off of a pine tree. It's reasonable to assume that Khalid smells like pine, sand, and the wind itself. When he spends time with wyverns, then he definitely carries a faint, lingering scent from them.

FIRST IMPRESSIONS
Usually people are quick to dismiss Claude. He seems to be laid back and easy going and can come across as someone that is just out to create a little trouble. However, it's also obvious that he has something going on behind his gaze.

I intend to tear down the walls that separate Fódlan from the outside world. I want to let people and goods come and go freely, and in doing so, eradicate prejudices about the outside world.

MINOR CREST OF RIEGAN
Inherited from his mother's side of the family. The crest has restorative and regenerative capabilities. It heals as well as enables the use of Relic Weapons without any detrimental effects.

SWORD OF BELGATA
Sword made of pure mythril with the Crest of Riegan carved into it. Anyone with a Crest of Riegan will be able to be healed when using this sword.

FAILNAUGHT
Hero's Relic bow. It's had been crafted with the remains of a dragon. Only those with a Crest can wield it without being corrupted. Those with the Crest of Riegan can use the ability "Fallen Star."

POISON MAKING
Khalid crafts different kinds of poisons. This means he has a basic understanding of botany and some potion making experience.

POISON RESISTANCE
Growing up, there had been numerous attempts on his life. Khalid has grown up with a slight bit of paranoia. This led him to start ingesting poisons - as his Crest would heal him - to build up immunity.
